The Rapier was a distinctive saloon coupe with looks inspired by the Plymouth Barracuda. It was sold alongside the arrow saloons such as the Hillman Hunter yet it was based on the estate floor pan, rather than the saloons, presumably to give it a longer, sleeker look.
